Really happy with this place! We bought our used 2015 Honda CRV from here, and we're about a month since the purchase and very satisfied. It was our first car purchase so we were a little weary of the process. Luckily, our salesperson Leo was awesome and helpful! He took us on a test drive, which included a highway stint, to get a full feel for the car. We expressed concern that we heard a light rattling noise, and Leo acknowledged it to note for later.
We went through the price negotiation progress, and it was very pain-free and straightforward! Leo took our offer, talked to his management, and came back with a counter offer. There was little-to-no "argument", and they worked with our price point and expectations. We got the car at a very reasonable price, significantly lower than what we could find in a 100 mile radius.
The kicker on top was -- the rattling became more clear over the next few weeks. We called the dealership and Leo, and they took it in for repair and completed it at no cost to us! Really happy with the whole experience, process, and price point.

I went here for a battery change. They said , need to do inspection too. I said ok, and paid for my battery change and inspection. All went good and with in two weeks I see the battery issue again :| . They charged me for the inspection again for the same problem. This time they said it is because of my progressive insurance device. Not sure what they inspected for the first time. Also, my progressive device was disconnected when I took my car 2 weeks back. Means, they inspected by removing the device but didn’t notified or said the issue is with the device. And I paid twice for this. The staff are rude very rude.
